Asleep below graceful stars
Midnight draws upon us.
A rumble of the train-
Hither from darkness;
An echo of quietness
Awakens our minds
Dreaming of an ordinary life.
Only darkness within
Peer into my body,
Whereas no amount of light
Shines within the cathedral;
Very well I must subside, My
fleshly body of no desire.
Prevailing
against death. Early
hours whilst insomnia has waged, In
eons of life, therein we dream. Illusive
thoughts - fire burns; Across
oceans of space, Our
embodiment forever.
